We had a great Easter in the Zimmerman house! Ava must have been a VERY good girl, because she was spoiled rotten by the Easter Bunny!
We decorated eggs last Saturday...I think they turned out pretty good!
We had a great time this weekend hunting eggs. Ava went to Wheeling Park’s annual egg hunt (aka free-for all). It was pretty cold that morning, but we didn’t have to wait too long to let the kiddos start hunting eggs. Thankfully, Phil mentioned yesterday we have roughly 800 years before Easter is this early again, so hopefully we have many more warm Easters in the future!
Easter Sunday was a lot of fun. Ava woke us up bright and early and we went downstairs to check out what the Bunny had brought her. She got lots and lots of presents! Ava has also discovered chocolate recently, and was quite please with her M&M’s! My mom and dad and little brother came over for dinner and we had a nice time visiting and chatting and playing with Ava.

Babies, Babies!
So yesterday I had my monthly appointment with my Obstetrician. Miss Gabriella is doing very well. Her heart rate was 146 (really good) and she gave the doctor a couple of good kicks while she was listening for her! I am measuring 25 weeks now (one week ahead)! That makes me officially in my 6th month of pregnancy. Time is sure flying by!
Probably the only bad news is that I have to have my wisdom teeth removed. They are incredibly painful, and are posing a risk to the baby while I leave them in. The surgery is a risk too, but evidently its less of a risk than leaving them in. So I need to call and get an appt. scheduled so that they can set me up for surgery.
We took some cute pictures of Ava this weekend. She decided that she wanted to put her fairy princess costume on and dance like a princess all around the house!
